SB Hotels, with 29 years of activity in Barcelona, Tarragona and Terres de l’Ebre, has opened its 8th establishment: the Hotel SB Glow. Located near Plaça de les Glòries in Barcelona and in the very heart of the 22@ innovation district, the new hotel is categorised as a 4-star superior hotel and is part of the hotel chain’s expansion plan.

Hotel SB Glow has 235 rooms, including those on the 8th floor where we find suites with private terrace, jacuzzi and the best views in Barcelona. With 370m2 in modular meeting rooms, the spaces designed to host activities and business meetings are also an indisputable value to this property. The new hotel also offers a gym with the latest exercise machines, a sauna and hamam, electric and urban bicycles and two spectacular vertical gardens, wich work as natural skylights in the common areas.

Hotel SB Glow’s most attractive space, however, is its panoramic terrace, called ‘El Voladís’, 34 meters up. This floors also has an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, specialising in cocktails and sushi, which is open to customers and locals. In terms of its gastronomic offer, the hotel has chosen to offer a space providing cooking with its own identity: the Mediterranean brasserie Restaurant MUC, . It is opened every day from 12 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Hotel SB Glow in numbers

The construction of this hotel, brought about the same owner (Subirats Bureau), started in 2015. This new opening has enabled the possibility of creating more than 90 new direct jobs and the hotel forecasts that it will host a customer profile centred on business. The  SB Hotels chain now offers 1,492 rooms and a total of 3,141 hotel beds.
