{"id":2852,"date":"2023-11-01T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-01T10:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/subirats.net\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2023-11-20T12:56:34","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T11:56:34","slug":"we-donate-e16000-for-breast-cancer-research","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/subirats.net\/en\/we-donate-e16000-for-breast-cancer-research\/","title":{"rendered":"We donate \u20ac16,000 for breast cancer research\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>For the second consecutive year, yesterday we signed a collaboration agreement with <strong><em>Projecte Emma<\/em><\/strong>, whose objective is <strong>breast cancer<\/strong> research.<strong> <\/strong>This project is led by the Doctor Ferran Foundation at the <strong><em>Verge de la Cinta Hospital in Tortosa.<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, our <strong>solidarity contribution <\/strong>is <strong>\u20ac16,000, <\/strong>which will allow more than <strong>2,000 genetic analyses to be carried out <\/strong>on breast cancer patients and, in this way, to continue advancing in the study of this disease. Last year, our donation made it easier for a new researcher to be hired and join the team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the<strong> <\/strong>research group in<strong> Oncological Pathology and Bioinformatics<\/strong>, the driving force behind <strong><em>Projecte Emma<\/em><\/strong>, is immersed in research focused on studying the immune response of the axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope that our contribution will enable them to obtain <strong>new results <\/strong>and to continue advancing in this <strong>vitally important research.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the second consecutive year, yesterday we signed a collaboration agreement with Projecte Emma, whose objective is breast cancer research.
