The Generalitat vice-president and Economy Counsellor, Pere Aragon\u00e8s, was the one in charge of giving the price.<\/p>\n<p>This 25th edition of the contest had a high-level podium with finalists like <strong>Alfons Nonell-Canals from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindthebyte.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mind the byte<\/a><\/strong>, enterprise specialized in the development of medications with the use of artificial intelligence and <strong>Gerard Martret from <a href=\"http:\/\/caminalab.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Camina Lab<\/a><\/strong>, start-up that develops urban mobility projects.<\/p>\n<p>With this prize, AIJEC recognizes Subirats contribution to his family business, being the second generation of a company initially established on the property sector which currently have 8 hotels that shape<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sbhotels.es\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> SB Hotels<\/strong><\/a> chain.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from 2012 Subirats Bureau has been through an important strategic diversification by introducing the holding into the gastronomic field with the restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elnacionalbcn.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>El Nacional<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lomoalto.barcelona\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LomoAlto &amp; LomoBajo<\/strong><\/a>.
