With this acquisition, the chain now has 9 hotels, that either have 3 *, 4 * or 4 * superior, with a total of 1,702 rooms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The renovations: a 3-star boutique hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new establishment of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbhotels.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SB Hotels<\/a> in Madrid has already planned its renovations that will begin in the summer of 2020. With this, it aims to capture the concept of a boutique hotel with the Mediterranean air that is characteristic of the chain.
